Subject Access Requests (SARs)

To get information from Wst Hampstead Primary School, you should contact us directly, as each school manages its own Subject Access Requests (SARs). How to make a request

  • Send a written request: Clearly state that it is a "Subject Access Request" in a letter or email. Include the date, your name, and your contact information.
  • Provide identifying details: Include any reference numbers like student numbers, and where relevant, a parent or guardian's name.
  • Be specific about the information: Detail exactly what personal data you are requesting. The more specific you are, the easier it will be for the school to find the correct information.
  • Specify the format: Let the school know how you would like to receive the information (e.g., electronically or by post) and if you have any accessibility needs.
